COVID-19 Information

In light of the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus and Covid-19, we wanted to assure you that the well-being of our customers and cleaners is our top priority.

At this time, our business remains largely unaffected by this virus and our sales continue to grow. However, we want to be proactive in preventing the spread of this virus so here’s what we’re doing to keep you all safe…

To keep our customers safe:
We are asking all of our cleaners to wear a mask while cleaning your home. In addition, we’ve instructed our cleaners to not show up for work if they are feeling sick at all and they are required to show a negative Covid test before getting back to work. Our other team members are standing by to pick up any cleanings that cannot be fulfilled by the original cleaner, and you will be notified of any changes that occur.

To keep our cleaners safe:
We are asking all of our customers to please cancel their cleaning if anyone in the home is feeling sick at all. We will waive any cancellation/rescheduling fees that would normally apply if our customers are ill. We do not want to risk exposing any of our cleaners or spreading the illness to anyone else in the community.

New CDC recommended cleaning products option:
We now offer the option of having your cleaner use CDC-approved disinfectant cleaners (instead of our standard all-natural products) at no extra charge. These disinfectants are stated to effectively eliminate COVID-19.

To add this option, select “CDC Approved Disinfectants” from the “Extras” section of the booking form or simply leave a note for your cleaner.
