To schedule a cleaning online, just click the “Book Now” button and fill out the details for your home. Select any add-ons you’d like and pick a day and time that works for you, then click “Save Booking.” You’re all done!
A partial cleaning is when we only clean part of your house—for example, only the bathroom and kitchen.
To book a partial cleaning, please put in the size of your whole house on the first page of the booking (please include all beds and baths.) Then, in the “Extras” section, click on the “Partial Cleaning” option and indicate which areas you DO NOT want cleaned (Ex: Exclude 1 bedroom and entire basement.) As you make your selections, you’ll see your cost total go down. Once that’s done, carry on to choose a date/time and click Save Booking to complete.
You will get a confirmation via email and SMS as soon as you select “Save Booking”

One of the emails you received right after booking your first cleaning with us had the subject line: “Set up your new WeClean password.” In that email, there is an orange link that will take you to a page where you can set up a password.

Yes, of course! After you book for the first time, an account will be made for you where you can log in and modify your bookings at any time. We only charge a fee if you cancel or make a change within 24hours of your booking.
