To get accurate pricing (and a no obligation quote), click the “Book Now” button and simply fill out the form. You don’t have to submit it if you don’t want to—but your quote (in the “Booking Summary” section) will be updated in real time as you select your services, so you’ll get precise and detailed pricing information.

To schedule a cleaning online, simply click the “Book Now” button and fill out the details for your place. Select any add-ons you’d like and pick a day and time that works best for you, then click “Confirm Booking.” You’re all done!

Entering your zipcode (on the booking form) helps us give you an accurate quote for pricing and availability in your area.

In the “Choose a Cleaning Professional” section of the booking form (after you provide necessary info about your cleaning) you can select from available dates/times. If you have any issues, give us a call: (800) 687-4267

You will get a confirmation via email and text message as soon as you select “Confirm Booking”

A partial cleaning is when we only clean part of your house—for example, only the bathroom and kitchen.

To book a partial cleaning, go to the booking for and please first select the total number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your whole house (this helps us understand the size of your home.) Then check the box the indicating you’d like to exclude certain areas of your home and indicate which areas you DO NOT want cleaned (Ex: Exclude 1 bedroom and entire basement.) As you make your selections, you’ll see your cost total go down in the “Booking Summary” box. Once that’s done, carry on to choose a date/time and click Confirm Booking to complete.

If you will not be home for the cleaning and it’s unclear which space you want to exclude, please leave further instructions in the “Customer Note for Provider” section at the end of the booking form.

There are two ways to set your password.

    • Click on “Login/Sign up” and then select “New? Sign up”

  • -OR-

    • One of the emails you received right after booking your first cleaning with us had the subject line: “Set up your new WeClean password.” In that email, there is a link that will take you to a page where you can set up a password.

Yes, of course! After you book for the first time, an account will be made for you where you can log in and modify your bookings at any time or you can call us at (800) 687-4267. You may cancel or reschedule for free until 24 hours before your cleaning is scheduled. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your cleaning is scheduled, you will be charged 15% of the cost of your cleaning.
